professional, organized, and timely manner. We have developed a five step procedure to help accomplish this goal.

Quick Bid

One of our designers will be happy to send you a free, preliminary estimate based on the rough dimensions of your space to give you a general idea of the cost of your project. The more information you provide, the more accurate the estimate - if possible please include inspiration pictures (i.e. links to your Houzz, Pinterest, etc. boards) to help us get a better idea of what you are envisioning for your space. Design

If you decide Thomas Built is a good fit for your project then we will match you with one of our designers to get started.

At this point we do require a design deposit which is 10% of estimate with 100% applied to production deposit. 

During the design process we will do a site visit to take field measurements, finalize layout, finishes, hardware, accessories, appliances, as well as produce 3D drawings of the space.

Production

Once the design process is complete you will receive a final quote, and your project will enter into the production phase - please note a production deposit (50% of final quote) is required for us to begin production with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your cabinets.

Once your production deposit has been made you will receive an estimated install date, which is typically 6-8 weeks from the date the production deposit is received (unless otherwise specified).
